Form Disabled

    I created a new contact/email form. I've got the code to embed in iWeb. The form is okay on my site and comes up on the web. But submitting the completed form gives me "Form Disabled" yet I have enabled the form!

     

    Please help. The previous/older version of the contact form worked fine for years.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the inconvenience, upon checking your account I see that you have been autosuspended by our system, I've checked your existing forms and I don't see any violations in our Terms of Use. 

    Our anti-phishing system might have read your form in the trash folder incorrectly. I have fixed your account and the forms should now be re-activated.
