Does JotForm have an option for signing a form digitally?

Does JotForm have an option for signing a form digitally? We'd like to have on a lot of the forms we use the ability to have clients electronically sign their submissions. Is this something that JotForm already has or maybe there is an integration for?

The attached screenshot is off the bottom of one of our current forms and we'd just like to have a digital signature in place of, or alongside, the name of person submitting field.
