My form doesn't load all the way

I have a problem with two forms on my site. Sometimes they show up and sometimes they get cut off forcing you to refresh the page many times to get the full form to show.

They are both iframed in with the height set to the specific height of the form.

You are right, I see it  sometimes shows and sometimes cut off, could you please re-embed the iFrame code, but make sure to remove the script part, so only embed the iframe part:

1) Get your iFrame code.

2) Paste it in a text editor, and only embed in your webpage everything from the iframe opening tag to the closing one. Example:
