can I make an event reg form with multiple dollar amount choices?

I am currently using the paypal cart for this, but it is hard to decipher and clunky for the user.

I did look at the event form templates available, but didnt seem to be able to customize for my use.

Can you give me any input?

As I check your form on the webpage, it seems that it is achievable by using our payment tools. You can add the options available on your webpage as products to the payment wizard.

You can add various options to the payment field by following the guide How-to-add-options-to-Payment-Forms

Let me see if I can work on a demo form by adding the options as products. I'll let you know through this thread once I done with the demo form.
