I cannot see what I type in the form

Hello!  I am creating a form for the first time.  I used a template and modified it a bit.  I am scared I changed something because once the form was complete, it cannot actually be typed into.  Any ideas?

The issue seems to be caused by Read-only mode on the Full Name field.

Please change it from 'Yes' to 'No' via Properties in order to fix this.
