Why isn't a notification being sent to a colleague's email that I have as a sub account?

    I have 2 forms.  One is for Rentals.  A notification gets sent to both my and the Rentals email.  The other is for Lessons, which is also a sub-account.  I cannot get the Lesson form to send a notification to the Lesson email account.  It does send to  mine.

    To confirm, you would like to have your email notifications sent to your and another email address?

    Your form that is being sent to both your email address and your sub-user has two email notifications set-up, one for each email address.

    The your other form only has one notifications with your email on it. That is the reason your subuser has not received email notifications.

    You can add your subusers email address to your current notifications to have the email sent to both addresses.
