I'm trying to clone a form and am unable to change it?

I want to use the form from last year and just change a few things.  I have cloned the form, but when I make changes to the new form, they do not save - I hit the save button, but when I do the preview, I have the original form (with last year's dates, etc.).  I was able to change the name of the form, but not the content.  What am I missing?

    Thanks so much!

I believe that you are referring to the following JotForm

I've cloned your JotForm to my account and tried to make some changes to some of the text. I was able to edit and save the JotForm without any issue.

I did not see the "Edit HTML" and "Continue" button that I could see when you were doing this.  I changed browsers, and am now able to do this.  When I was using Chrome on Windows 8, the tabs with the "Edit HTML", etc. on them do not show up.  Once I switched to IE, it looked like your example.  Is JotForm not compatible with Chrome?  Will I have issues when I roll this out?  Do I need to make sure my users are not using Chrome?  Any other browsers I need to be aware of?

JotForm is compatible with all the major browsers. We generally recommend our users to use Google Chrome or Firefox. The one you see on the screenshot that I was working is Google Chrome v41.

Could you confirm if you have cleared the browser's cache of Chrome? I've also cleared the form cache from my end to see if that helps. Please try logging into your account and edit the JotForm in an incognito mode (Ctrl+Shft+N) of Google Chrome.

You may also try resetting the browser reset settings. Please be noted that some settings shall be defaulted when you reset the browser and make sure that you go through the Google help document on which settings shall be changed.

    Thanks.
