    Add a document to the form

    I'am creating a form for a hairdressing contest. I need to insert the rules of procedure in the form. And make sure the applicant read it. How can i do please?

    If you would like to add instructions by displaying a list of text, then you can use the default "Text" field found under the "Form Tools".


    If you are looking on adding a PDF form in your form, then you can follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/153-How-to-Display-a-PDF-Document-On-Your-Form.
