My forms are not coming through to my email?

    Hi Guys,

    For some reason only some of my forms that have been submitted come through to my email.

    Do you know why this could be happening? I'm contacting clients letting them know that I have haven't received anything and they're telling me that they have already submitted.

    The last one that this happened with was the Moehler family today.

    Please let me know if you can help.

    According to email history, the messages are being sent to your @gmail email address. Please check the Spam folder via https://gmail.com.

    You might also consider switching your email notification to use our default sender address - noreply@jotform.com, see the next guide.
