I have an issue with my form submissions limit

    Hi,

With the form I set up currently on this account, I used a widget that would limit the amount of seating submitted to 100. However when I just downloaded the submissions, there is about 150+ seating reserved.

    Hi,

First off, the widget you are using does not limit the submissions entry.

Here's how to limit form submissions instead: http://www.jotform.com/help/137-How-to-Limit-Submissions-in-a-Form

With regards to the 150+ submissions, I can only see 52 submissions in your form as of this writing. However, the guide above should limit your form submissions once enabled.

Let us know if you have further questions. Thank you!

    Hi Elton,

Sorry, I didn't mean submissions. There is a question on my form asking for # of seats and that should be limited to 100 (I used a gift counter widget). In the past it has worked perfectly fine, but this time around the # of seats went over 100 by 50.

    Hi,

The problem could be because of a conflict, especially if the form is embedded to your website using our default embed method.

If the form is embedded, I would recommend using our iFrame method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. Since the form is placed inside an iFrame, it shouldn't create any conflict in your website.

    Thanks
