    Hi,

There are actually a few ways to make your form mobile responsive.  There are two places where the mobile responsiveness can be enabled:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/311-How-to-make-forms-Mobile-Responsive

You can add the mobile responsive widget to your form:

    http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/mobile_responsive

For the most amount of customization for more advanced users, you can even add mobile responsive CSS:

If you could clarify what you mean by modifying groups of HTML elements, we will be happy to see what we can find.

    Thank you for your answers.

To clarify what I mean by modifying groups of HTML: for example under 'Survey Tools' the 'Matrix' is displayed as a group of elements.  Is there a way to add an element to the group (i.e. a text box) and/or modify existing elements that make up that group?

Also, is there a way to modify the underlying html and css of the whole form?

    Mike

If I understood you correctly you want to add additional row to your matrix table for text box but you want to keep radio buttons in previous rows. Unfortunately normal matrix fields support one field type at a time currently. Instead you can use Configurable list widget in order to achieve that.

It is possible to change look if your form inside of  Form Designer

Hope this will help. let us know if you need further assistance.
