    Hello nsure,

    I was able to trace a subscription payment from nsure email address. Since the email address used in the payment details is different from your account email address, we need your confirmation before we can apply it to your account "nsure"

    Can you please let us know the email address used while making the subscription payment and also the order number which you must have received in the email?

    Do get back to us on this and we will apply it to your account. For now, I have activated your account and all your forms are back online.
