How to display full date in submission emails / autoresponders?

Is there any way i can include the full date in an autoresponder rather than the standard 08/04/32015?

I would like to email,

Dear first name,

Your booking has been made for Friday 10th April 2015.....

Rather than

Dear first name, Your booking has been made for 10/04/2015

Not a huge problem but it would be more professional ?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. You should add the following tag in your form's notification email template to display the full date:

{date:Date-US}

or 

{date:Full-US}

Where date is the field tag of your form's date question. Please check the screenshot below on how to add the tag in the email alert:
