Unable to insert image in the form

j'essaie d'uploader une image de mes documents et ça me dis please select... message d'erreur.... j'ai vidé ma cache etc.... je veux mettre cette photo

I cloned your form and tried to insert an image at the bottom part and I was able to do so. I can insert or upload image on the form without any problems. Please check this screenshot below.

I tried uploading the image and using the URL from the image you posted above.

If it is still the same then please clear your browser cache. After that, close and re-open your browser. Then please try to upload an image one more time.
