Jotform China Access

    Hi,

     

    Our representative in China reports an error with our Jotform portal:

    http://form.jotform.us/form/41076657176158

     

    also check through the Troubleshooting link on

    http://www.epsilontech.com/repairs.htm

     

    He can see the form and fill it out but it fails upon clicking "Submit".

     

    Can you advise?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    As far as I know, our forms are supposed to work in China. I have checked the form URL, and it appears to be not blocked by China Firewall.

    Can you please ask your representative to check the form page with browser developer tools to see if some content is not loading (red entries in network tab)?
