Is there a way that they can receive an email with the form details they submitted?Asked by DSOne on April 11, 2015 at 10:09 PM
I can't seem to find how the person who submits the form is able to receive a confirmation email with the form details that they submitted from our site.
I found out that I can manually 'reply' to their submission by going to 'submissions' and replying to the submitted form, but is there not an automatic way of doing this?
I can't keep track of which submissions I 'replied' to and we are looking for an automated way of achieving this.
Ps. I created a custom Thank You page and it redirects them there after submitting but that's it.
Yes your users can receive an email after they have submitted they form. This can be done by setting up an autoresponder. You can set up your autoresponder to have all the information your user entered in the form.
Please view our guide on creating an autoresponder:
I hope this helps, please inform us if you need further assistance.
