When creating a scrollable "Terms and Conditions," the pasted text shows up unformatted, all in one paragraph.  Is there a way to format the text?

    Hi,

Unfortunately the Scrollable Terms and Conditions widgets cannot be formatted.  Our widgets are limited to the formatting allowed in their setup and this particular one does not have any options to allow for formatting.

You can create your own terms and conditions that will allow for formatting, though this does take a bit more setup:

Though for this you would need your own webpage with your terms and conditions.

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.

Thank you David.  We ended up creating a seperate "form" in jotform with just the Terms and Conditions (all text, no submit button) and then used its URL for the hyperlink.  Worked perfectly!  :-)
