How can we edit the submitted data on our form?

Is there a way from where I can load a form already submitted, edit the form and re-submitted please?

There are two ways to do this, depending on your preferences, one by sending yourself an email with the link for editing submission and the other that lets you edit them at any time - even if you did not send the link to yourself.

To do that you should go into Submissions Panel.

Once there, you will see the Edit button in the toolbar (on the right side of it)

As soon as you click on it you will see that the form has been loaded instead of the submitted data that was shown before that.

Now as you go through the form and make the changes it is important to note that you should click on the Submit button on your form to make the changes stick.

If you however decide not to save the changes, the Edit link that you clicked earlier is no Cancel button, so use it instead and you will be returned to the submitted data preview as before.
