Submit buttom not appearing correctly in IE

Hi there!

The submit button on our form on our website is not displaying correctly in IE.  The button is there, but is is extremely faded and hard to see.  It is supposed to be green, like it is on all the other browsers we have tested.

Can you please fix the button or let me know what I need to do to get it fixed?  This is a really important form for us on our site.
