Multiple submitters on form--what happens to required fields in latter part of form?

You have been helping me with a form and since this is different question, I've started a different thread.  I have multiple submitters (contributors) to a single form.  Based on your suggestions, I have set up workflow using conditions and email notifications.  They work like this:

    1.  Initial submitter completes through page 13, checks a required box which takes them to one submit button (on page 17).  There they check another required box, which sends an email notifier to the 2nd contributor when the initial contributor submits the form.

    2.  2nd submitter reviews from through page 13, completes page 14, checks a required box which takes them to a separate (different) submit button (page 18).  There they check another required box, which sends an email notifier to the 3rd contributor when the second contributor submits the form.

This may be repeated a third time, depending upon the answer of the 2nd submitter.

My questions is this:  if I have required fields on pages AFTER the initial submitter completes the form and is taken to the submit button, will they be allowed to submit? (i.e. there are required fields, to be completed by a different reviewer on page 14, 15, 16.  So each next level of a submitter will have potentially required fields in sections after they complete theirs and are taken to their submit page (i.e. from page 13 to page 17, from page 14 to page 18).

I can get rid of the required fields, but I really need to force people to use them in order to get the email addresses I need for setting up conditional emails using notifier.

You can dynamically make a field/question on the form become a *Required or NOT *Required base on a response from a submitter(contributor)

This is by using Smart Forms using Condition Logic

In the Condition Wizard, look for the option "Require a form field"

So what you can do is, base on the previous response of the specific user from previous question, you can make the other fields/questions become required or not required.

Everything will be dynamically dependent only on the current user responding to the form.

My questions is this:  if I have required fields on pages AFTER the initial submitter completes the form and is taken to the submit button, will they be allowed to submit?

No. If there there is a non fulfilled required/mandatory question on the form, submission will always be blocked.

    Thanks.
