How can I set up 1 question with 3 text box answers beneath?Asked by lam_forms on April 13, 2015 at 06:00 PM
I have a question on my application where there is one question and three text answers (which must be filled out and are required).
I can of course set the form up using separate text and text boxes (see screenshot) but then when I print out the application I cannot see the question since it is only just text (I only see the 3 answers). This will not work as the team needs to be able to print out and review the applications and see which answers are connected to what questions.
Does anyone know how to do this/if it is possible?
May I know what you meant by printing? Are you referring to printing the submission or the form (without data on it)?
Also, could you share us the form you are working at so that we can better assist you.
You could also try using the Multiple Field widget. Here's a sample screenshot as a guide:
I hope this helps.
