    Hi JotForm,

I am creating a form for a housing application that requires a signature. We have to have a hard copy of the form and are using Webmerge to complete the task. All fields are working currently with Zapier as an in-between except I don't seem to be able to get the signature line to work.

    Webmerge link is https://www.webmerge.me/merge/28300/lrarw4

     with testing link of https://www.webmerge.me/merge/28300/lrarw4?test=1

In the PDF, I tried using a signature field and a text field. Not sure what to try next. Can I get the png of the signature to show up on the PDF?

I know you have the new fillable PDF but we have issues with students being able to read those so we are trying to stay away from that issue with this.

Thanks for any help you might be able to give me.  Michelle

    Hi,

E-signature widget converts the signature to a .png file, an image. I am not that familiar with Webmerge, but could you try mapping uploaded image fields to your Webmerge document?

You can check your submissions page, right click the uploaded e-signature image and you can see that it is a .png file. Do let us know if this is possible.

    Kind regards.
