    Hello sgargeya,

If I understand your requirement correctly, you want to share your form's submission data in spreadsheet. Is that correct?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement and here are the options available:

#1. You can integrate your form with google spreadsheet and then share this google spreadsheet with any specific person or anyone who have the spreadsheet URL. The following guides should help you:

Integrate your form with google spreadsheet:  http://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet

    Share google spreadsheet:  https://support.google.com/drive/answer/2494822?hl=en

#2. You can create reports and share the report URL with any users. We do have a lots of reporting options available including excel reports. You can also password protect your reports as well. You may like to check our report help section:  http://www.jotform.com/help/chapter-6-Reports

#3. You can directly share your form's submission page as well. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/199-How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page
