If I understand your requirement correctly, you want to share your form's submission data in spreadsheet. Is that correct?
Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement and here are the options available:
#1. You can integrate your form with google spreadsheet and then share this google spreadsheet with any specific person or anyone who have the spreadsheet URL. The following guides should help you:
