Why won't my exported PDF open?

Hi, I just exported this form as a .PDF

    http://form.jotform.us/form/40488391172155

When it tries to open in Chrome it just NEVER opens.  When I try to open it in Acrobat it says

"Adobe Reader could not open 'Form Title' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded.)"

.... does anyone know what's causing the problem?  Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Please review also our article about

    -Fillable-PDF-Everything-you-need-to-know-about-JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator

I was able to reproduced the issue of zero(0) byte file when I tried converting your jotform http://form.jotform.us/form/40488391172155 to Fillable PDF Form.

Unfortunately, your form is very long with a lot of content and page break on it, which was the caused of the conversion to PDF Form failure.

I suggest you try also first using the Fillabel PDF Creator tool on some other smaller forms and check if the same issue happens.

And the most I can suggest for the current form, if you want it to work as a Fillable PDF Form, is to redesign the form and retry again.

Hope this help. Please let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.
