How to grab and post a screenshot on a forum?

Also can you explain to me how to do a screen shot.  It would help me explain my problems easier.

This depends on system so I would suggest using some of the tools for this, which you can find by searching for screenshot tools / apps, but these guides should come in handy as well:

For Windows you can take a look at this page: 3 Ways to Take a Screenshot in Microsoft Windows - wikiHow

For Mac you can take a look here: How to take a screenshot on your Mac - Apple Support

Linux has a built in screenshot tool since its early stages (to my knowledge at least) so just searching for screenshot or clicking on the PrtScr button should show you the app.

To attach the screenshot to the forum, you should take a look at this thread on our forum: How to add screenshots/images to questions in support forum?

Do let us know if you have any questions along the way and we would be happy to assist.
