Facing massive problems in downloading reports - require urgent invention.

    Jotform team, I am a professional user and facing a lot of grief and problems downloading the data; the team is really struggling with getting access to our own data. 

    Require urgent help - please get in touch with +91 9811683221 ASAP; I am in India (IST timezone) but available at all times. We are using your tool for our business needs and if the business continues to suffer with the way things are at present, we will have no option but to go somewhere else. 

    Hoping for a very quick revet from your side.

    I'm sorry to hear about the problem. Just to confirm, you cannot download your form submissions into excel or CSV file? If so, for what form? Let us know so we can check and help you get the file.

    As for the phone support, unfortunately, we don't have it. For urgent matters, we recommend contacting us through this support forum.
