We are getting a unexpected result on our order form

    The last two submission show as the selection.

    Total: 0.00 U

    Can you explain what would be causing this and how to correct it? Is it because they click submit without selecting a gift card amount?

    Hi,

    The default amount is 50 and it's required in the payment field so there should be no way someone can submit a total of zero. The problem could be related to a script conflict since the form was embedded using our JS Embed method. A conflict will sometimes cause the field validation to stop from working. Sometimes, other JS scripts such as in the payment field will also get affected.

    To fix this, I would recommend re-embedding your form using our iFrame method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.
