Disappearing text from site and missing information from end emailAsked by swebsites on April 20, 2015 at 12:38 AM
We are still having issues with this form. The information does not show up in the end email when filled in for the section arrival time, flight number and location. The section that have been deleted have been done so due to testing, this was occurring prior to the deleted section.
Is there any reason at all that the information when fled out on the form on the live website would not be transferring over to the end email?
I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your last edited form "475901301 Sugarland Car Rentals" and it seems the field "Arrival time" is not added in the notification email template. Please check the screenshot below:
Please be noted that when you edit your form's notification email template, it becomes dirty. That mean after editing email template, any changes you make to your form will not reflect in your email template.
To solve this problem, you should add those fields manually or add a new email template. Adding a new email template will always display all the form fields in the submission emails. I would suggest you to go ahead and delete the email template and add a new one. The following guide should help you:
