Setting email notification to be sent to multiple people seems to send them only to my own account

    Despite my efforts and reading all the help files on your website I still can't manage to set more than one recipient for my email notifications. I've done it in the past, worked like a breeze. But now....somehow it just keeps on using my default address.


    Please advice...?

    Based on your post Jasper I believe that you have followed the steps here: Send Notifications to Multiple Recipients, but that you are constantly getting the email notification sent to only the email that is default for your account - when you click on test email button.

    The reason why this happens is because you are sending a test email - which will always go only to the email associated with your account no matter of your setup.

    To properly test this, you should go to the form and try to make a proper submission instead.

    Once you do your email should be delivered properly.

    Do note however that at this current time, there are no email notifications in your form, but if you create it again and it is not working for you (when properly testing it) we are here Jasper, so just let us know and we would be happy to assist.
