What is a sub-user?

I have some of the form recipients not receiving any info including some of STCC forms I created. I was guessing maybe it's because I didn't have enough sub-users but I'm not even sure what that means. Can you tell me what that means and how many I have currently?

A sub-users is another account that you can share your forms and submissions with to view/edit:

Since you are on the Economy plan, you can share your forms and submissions with up to 10 sub-users.

This is different from sending your submission notifications to another address:

http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
