What's the difference between a notifier and an autoresponder?

I presume that you want to know the difference between a notifier and an autoresponder, is that correct?

The notifier is for when you want to send an email notification to a specific email address when a form is submitted and an autoresponder is for when you want to provide your submitters an automated response for when they fill your form.
