Creating a competition form with images and boxes under them

    Hi,

    I want to create a competition form where there are 4 images across and then a box underneath each of the images that an answer can be written in.

    Are you able to help me please?

    While we can assist you with your issues or final form setup Michelle, we can not build a form for you so you should create a form that has everything you need and we can then help you with the final touches.
