Why am I not getting 100 free submissions?

Hell, I downgraded my account n April 11th, having paid for all of the signups happening until my subscription ended. However, I have now received an email saying that my forms will be cut off today because I've gone over a limit of 100 free signups.

Looking at my submissions it seems that the bulk of signups on my account that were counted 'against' me were BEFORE I downgraded. So I paid for them but now they are being counted as my 'Free' submissions.

Does that make sense? So the free submissions should be significantly more and my forms should not be cut off today.

Hi Devon,

Well, your subscription have expired on April 12, 2015 and downgrading your account won't reset the limit back to zero. Submissions will be counted and if you have more than 100 in the current month, you will receive the email and your account will be temporarily set as Over limit until the next monthly reset, first day of the month.

Anyway, I have granted you one-time submissions reset and reactivate your account/forms. Kindly check.
