My form does not scroll any more after embedding it to my website

Hi

I'm having problems making my text boxes for Food cost, non food cost and total cost, stay in a fixed position on my page.

So as I scroll down the page it scrolls with it. But when I embed it on to my website it stays static instead of scrolling with the page.

Please can you advise me on this error, if I making a mistake somewhere?
