I created an account to try out your service.   Then the boss decided it was a good service and set up our business account.    I have shared the form that I created in the first account so that I can access it in the business account but what I would like to do is completely MOVE that form to the business account and close the first account.   Can do?  how?

Link to the form created in initial account (the one we want to close):  http://form.jotform.us/form/50250842498155

We, from the support team can consolidate all the forms and its submission data into a single account.

So, if you have 2 accounts, you need to choose one which will be the account, and we can move all the forms from the other account.

To facilitate the move/transfer request, make sure that the account owning the forms that needs to be moved/transferred will be account that will doing the request.

Let us know which account forms you wanted to be move to another account.

    Thanks.

moved to my premium account - CaffeineCreativesForms

I have 2 accounts and want all forms I created to be merged to CaffeineCreativesForms (Premium Account). The original account I set up was medicalstrolgoy and then I set up a CaffeineCreativesForms. Originally I was going to have an account for each client but decided it would be better to manage if it was under one account - CaffeineCreativesForms

    Can you help me?

Yes, we can help and we will gladly move all the forms for you. However, our company policy mandates that a request must be made from the account that owns the forms. So, you will have to log into those other accounts, and post a request from them for the forms to be moved to your new account.

It is also best that you remove sub user sharing (if any) from the forms that you would like to move, so that we avoid any possible problems during the moving / transfer process of the forms.

We will await your response from those accounts.

PS: I have edited your post to remove your email, as our support can already see your email address.
