When I delete submitted form the free space don't increase.

Hi,

i use my forms for receive graphic project from my customers. After received the submissions, i download the graphic files on my pc and delete the submissions but the free space never increase only decreases.

Now i am next to finish 10GB but i just have some a few submissions.

How i can free Up space ?

Hi,

Deleting the form just moves it to your trash.  To fully remove the form and submission your form needs to be purged from the trash:

The guide above details how to restore the form, you would need to click "Purge" rather than restore.  This will fully delete the form from your account and free up space.
