    Hello,

I'd like to conditionally-add a text field to two choices for one of our form questions (i.e. if they select "Other website" or "Other" as a choice for our first question, I'd like another question to appear (or at least another text field) that asks them to answer, "Can you please let us know the name of the website" or "Can you please let us know how you found us?"

I see that I can add conditional options to questions, but I don't see how I can do the above.

Thanks for your help with this!

    Best,
    Jennifer

    Hi Jennifer,

    That's easy peasy using Show/Hide Condition. :)

    Here's how:

    1. Click Conditions > Select Show/Hide Condition.

    2. Then create a condition. Example:

If (dropdown field) is equal to "website" then SHOW (website text field).
