Can one (and, if so, how does one) create PDF of form that displays conditional fields

Right now, it would appear that any questions/fields that display online online if certain conditions are met do NOT display in the PDF one creates.

Unfortunately, conditionally show/hidden fields do not work in the fillable PDF version of your form.  Since many of them cannot be properly implemented in the fillable PDF version, it is highly likely that we will not be attempting to include in conditions in the fillable PDF's.  Here is a thread in which one of our developers responded to a similar query:

Thanks. Don't know about others, but I wasn't looking for the conditions to work in the PDF version, but just have all the fields displayed as if there were no conditions imposed. [I know I can emulate this by copying the form to a new one and removing all the conditions, but asked anyway.]
