I don't have Form Style option at the top of my form creator

    What the heck, I've labored for hrs on this today and finally realized that I don't have the Form Style option at the top of my form creator.  

     

    WHY NOT?  How or where do I get this amazing option that would be so helpful!!!!!!!

    If I understand correctly, is this the Form Style option you are referring to?

    I dont have Form Style option at the top of my form creator Image 1 Screenshot 30

    If this is the case, do as follows:

    On top of your created form, click on any blank, out side of the fields.

    And the tool bar on top will displays.

    I hope this helps to solve the issue.
