Image upload- invalid format freezing form

Testing my form, when I've accidentally tried to upload a tiff, the form tells me its not allowed and then freezes the upload section making it impossible to upload other files without refreshing the whole form. 

Can this be fixed?

Unfortunately, I'm unable to replicate the problem.

I tried testing your form in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and IE but I'm unable to see the form freeze and I was able to select another file to upload.

May I know if the form is embedded on a website?

Or it might be related to the .tif file being too large or being corrupted? Have you tried uploading another invalid file and see if you can replicate the problem, but before that, could you try clearing your browser's cache and your form's cache just to make sure.
