Page Progress widget

There was a post on twitter made by marketing showing this photo:

Now one of the JotFormers saw this and asked which widget was that, but it seems that there are no such widgets available - closest being the form tabs widget, which does not look like that.

This is a widget request for a widget that would look like on the photo above.

Some features of it might be the label position (above or under the number indicator) and the disabled and current colors, with possibly a different color for the already finished steps.

We have the progress bar, not sure if this might fit the requirements.

Not really, I want something like in the Tweet. Preferably customizable, perhaps if it could be used as Tabs/ a Menu. something like this: https://jsfiddle.net/9Lfcxms5/ 

We do have a form tabs widget as mentioned by Ben on his original post, but they don't look like the picture you provided. You can see the widget here: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/form_tabs

Would that widget be a feasible solution for what you want to accomplish?
