Hi - we tested Jotform this winter for an event this past March. We started paying $9.95/month that month but will not be using the form much until next winter - if at all. We are a very small non-profit effort. Can you advise? I think I would like to cancel the service until needed this fall/winter - but maybe there's a very cheap way to keep the forms available while inactive? Thanks. Linda 802-535-8383

    Hi,

You do not need to pay in order to keep your forms active.  Since you are well below any of the limits for even a "Free" account, you can downgrade and still use your forms as normal.  They will remain active and usable unless you go over your limits.  At which point you can simply upgrade again to restore them.

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.
