My form currently says that it is over quota, but there are still plenty of non-SSL submission left. How do I switch it?

    Hi,

When you get the embed code of your form in the Form Builder, make sure you unchecked the option Secure Form.

You can also simply use the regular http URL of the form instead of the secure URL or https

I am using the regular form of the URL, but Squarespace seems to force it to be secure. Is it possible to get my SSL submission cleared just this once while I switch the site?

    Hello WWNGU,

I did check your web page where you have embedded your form and it seems you have used your form's non secure embed code.

Have you embedded this form in some other web page as well? Do let us know and we will take a look.

For now, I have manually reset your SSL counter to zero and activated your account. Your form is now back online. Please be informed that we can reset the counter only once per account. You should stop using the secure forms urls and secure embed scripts should be replaced by non secure embed scripts.

    Thank you!
