Is there a way to forward an email to an email address that will just input the info into the form? meaning the email address, subject and message body get recorded in the form?

Not really sure if you are asking about how to setup email notifications or maybe prepulate information in a form, the Filed Preopulator app will be perfect for this: http://apps.jotform.com/app/field_prepopulator

    Here is an example: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51187451290959?email3=support%40jotform.com

Let us know if you need anything else, we will be glad to assist you.

Instead of receiving a customer contact thru a form, the customer decides to email directly. I wanted to forward that email so it fills out a form.

I can do this with PODIO, where i email directly to an app and the email gets put in similar to a form submission.

I understand that you want to enable the users to send an email so that the data from the email to be submitted to form. Unfortunately, this feature is not available with JotForm. I'm not sure if this is really possible since different forms have different fields and some of them could be mandatory. Though it is possible, I think it may require a specific format to send an email which many users may fail to follow.

However, let me forward your request to our next level support for evaluation. I cannot guarantee at the moment that the feature will be implemented or the time frame for implementation. If there is any update, you'll be posted through this thread.

    Thank you!
