I need to keep my account open for this one billing cycle and cancel it. How do I do that?

You can refer to these instructions to cancel your subscription in your PayPal Account:
(1) Login to your Paypal Account
(2) Find the latest payment you have made to JotForm
(3) Click the subscription number for that transaction
(4) Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
Your account with remain upgrade until the end of your paid subscription. At which point, you will no longer be billed and your account will automatically downgrade back to "Free".
