Unable to receive all submissions

    There are a few people who have called to say that they have submitted a form and I haven't received it. I am getting most forms but it is missing some.

    Is it specific to that form only? Also, may I know what you meant by not receiving the submissions? Are you referring to email notifications or the actual submissions in your account? Upon checking that form, it seems that you have not setup completely the notification.

    This may cause email problems like bounce related issues or unable to receive notifications.

    However, I see that the form named "Census Form" only has one submission on it? Is this correct? Or are  you removing them? To view your submissions you can follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions
