I saw that we were approaching 100 submission for April so I upgraded just now to make sure that we would get all of the submissions going forward. I can't tell from my account page whether we went over 100 submissions. Also, is that 100 total for the month, or 100 for each form? How can I tell if we went over, and if we did, has any of our data been lost?

Your account type is PREMIUM and it is allowed to submit up to 1000 submission that is total for the month, not 1000 for each form. Please look at the included screen to see how you can manage to see your total submissions. Also, the system will automatically inform you via email so you will really know when you are running out of submissions. If you exceed 1000 submission, no data will be lost, your data will remain intact.
