Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been experimenting with Jotform-Zoho CRM integration and noticed that check box data in Jotform is not transferred to Zoho CRM. I've checked that the field correspondence is set up properly. I've tested three possible types of data fields in Zoho CRM: picklist, multiple picklist and text. Multiple picklist is not even recognized by the integration app and picklist and text don't work. However, radio buttons in Jotform + multiple picklist in Zoho CRM do seem to work.
This particular question however would need to have a multiple choice alternative, and that's why it would be great if the check box would work.
Thank you.
Best regards,
M.K.

If I'm not mistaken, the multiple selection in check boxes is not supported by Zoho.
In my end, these are the field types that are supported and can be mapped:
I cloned your last form and I assume that it was the form you would like to integrate to Zoho. Here's the map settings I have.
I then setup a check box field in my Contact lead. And this is how it is being sent to my Zoho.
For multi-select field types in Zoho, you can check this help page that they have: https://www.zoho.com/creator/help/fields/multi-select-fields.html.
I see there are some users who tested a multi-select check box using Zapier as an integration between Zoho and JotForm, if you are familiar with it, you might want to check that app for an alternative. Here's the page: http://apps.jotform.com/app/zapier_integration. Here the Zoho-JotForm integration page in Zapier: https://zapier.com/zapbook/jotform/zoho-crm/.
I hope that helps.
