Could you please give us more details of what you would like to achieve?

What we have here is a new feature where you can create a fillable PDF version of your form, you can check this guide to learn more about it: http://www.jotform.com/help/312-Fillable-PDF-Everything-you-need-to-know-about-JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator.

If you are pertaining on how to send a PDF version of the submission after filling the form, then that's possible by adding a pdf link to your email notifications.

You could also directly send the submission data to a Google Spreadsheet, you can follow this guide for that: http://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet.

I hope I was able to understand this concern.

    Thank you.

I am wondering if you can have the PDF link in the google sheet with the submission data.  For example, add a column that has a clickable PDF link to the entry. Is this possible?
