Submit button seems to be hidden when resizing in responsive WordPress themeAsked by misgood on May 07, 2015 at 03:37 PM
Hi Jotform -
As I shrink the width of the web browser, the submit button on my form disappears.
Any idea as to why this is happening?
Basically as the form resizes its "fat" needs to go somewhere else and it makes it longer instead.
What this means is that each time you make the browser window smaller your form will be more narrow, but also more tall. If you on the other hand make the window bigger, your form will be wider, but in the same time shorter.
Now to compensate for this, we have added a function that will capture the new width of the iframe and resize it for you.
Looking at it, it seems to be working properly for me, but at one go it did seem that it might not be working - no matter how many times I have refreshed it afterwards, it seemed to be OK.
Now what I would suggest is to set your browser to some specific width and then reload the page - this is how your users coming to it by using some mobile device would see it. That would allow you to properly test it.
Resizing it by dragging browser screen causes any and all code on your website that draws something to re-draw, which takes some time and could cause errors - and cause some other elements to not work as well.
Thank you very much! I appreciate your help. :)
